Our Bayless Junior High students spent time getting creative and building connections while making friendship bracelets! Students designed their own bracelets and then shared their creations with friends.

Happy Juneteenth from Bayless!

Bayless will be closed tomorrow, Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth Federal Holiday. There will be no Summer Journey or Summer School. For students attending summer programs, we are excited to welcome you back on June 22!

Summer Journey used their imagination and artistic skills to design, shape, and create their own clay sculptures. The students then were able to paint their sculptures.

Summer Journey Mindglo students put their engineering skills to the test in an exciting earthquake challenge!

Students worked to design and build structures using only toothpicks, cardboard, and tape. The structures had to withstand a 15 second simulated earthquake.

Between science, art and getting up to move around in PE, Summer Journey continues to be a great way to spend time during the hot weather!
