Peace Day at Bierbaum Elementary was awesome!

I am so excited to be serving as Summer School Principal at Bierbaum Elementary! Please reach out if you are interested in enrolling your student in our summer program!

Spent some time last week, hanging out with my Kindergarten friends. We talked about valuing and respecting what makes us unique and special individuals.

It was a Puppy Party today at Parent Pick Up. My friends Midas and Aurora came by to say "Hey, bro". I had so many friends today. I may have been the Coolest School Counselor in town.

I am so thankful for all of the cards, posters, and words of encouragement that everyone has given me this week! Happy National School Counselor Week!

Happy National School Counselors Week! During this week, School Counselors take this time to celebrate their craft with colleagues all over the world.

Did you know that Bierbaum Elementary is home to TWO published elementary school counselors? Mr. Perkins (K-2 Counselor) and Mr. Thebeau (3-5 Counselor) love to utilize books and narratives in all of their interactions with students.

It's become a bit of a big deal lately, especially with mask wearing, that Students, Families, and even Staff will often mistake Dr. Morris and Mr. Perkins. When I saw this today, it filled my Bucket.

Penny came back for another visit while awaiting her boy. We always have some very enthralling discussions over a variety of topics whenever we run into each other. However, when noticing my mask, she commented that Star Trek was much more preferred to her than Star Wars. She did give me her thanks for wearing a mask and doing my part in the greater community.

Penny was being a good pup today at Parent Pick-up. While she would have preferred to come sit and learn with her boy in 2nd grade, she was very happy to see him return after a great day at Bierbaum. She indulged me by agreeing to a brief photo.

I want to give my thanks to the entire Bierbaum Family for supporting our students during this holiday season. Because of their generosity, several families received gifts, support, and hope for this time. I am proud to be a part of this family.
