Join Phi Alpha Theta and History Club for a special behind-the-scenes tour at the Missouri Botanical Garden!
We’ll visit the Peter H. Raven Library, including the rare book room and conservation lab, followed by an exclusive meeting with Dr. Jordan Teisher, Director of the Herbarium, to learn about their important and amazing collection of plant specimens.

We will meet at the Bayer Center, located about three blocks west of the Missouri Botanical Garden entrance at 12:50 pm.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to today’s meeting! We had a great discussion about upcoming events, projects, and ways to stay connected this semester. Here are a few highlights:

📚 October (date TBD): Trip to the Missouri History Museum Archives. Behind-the-scenes access and some amazing finds.

🎨 November 7, 5:30–7:30 pm: Sips, Souls & Strolls at Bellefontaine Cemetery. Theme: Women Artists of BCA. Stories, art, and refreshments. Suggested donation $15, but not required.

🎤 Date coming soon: The 3rd Student–Professor Research Presentation Night. Anyone can present on any topic, so you never know what will be discussed.

Phi Alpha Theta and History Club invites you to another engaging Research Presentation Night tonight at 5 PM in the SGA Chambers (MSC)! Building on last semester’s success, we’re thrilled to feature presentations by Dr. Minsoo Kang and Dr. Michael Cosmopoulos, followed by two student research showcases. This event is a fantastic chance to connect with faculty, discover exciting research, and support your fellow students. We hope to see you there!
