Thanks to the wonderfully generous Affton community! Today was the final drop off for the Nurses for Newborns donations that Television Production's Cougar News collected over the course of the 2019-2020 school year. Thank you to all of the families who contributed to such a worthy cause!

· Helen Voss, senior, who won Journalism Best News for Radium Girls; and⠀
· Bailey Williams, freshman, who won Cinema Best Fiction for Coffee and Murder.⠀

This year, the Affton High School Film program produced some amazing work!

Each year Lindenwood University School of Arts, Media, and Communications hosts the Lindy Film Awards ceremony for university and high school level film work. This year, Affton High School has 8 film students who qualify as finalists for the Lindenwood Lindy Awards! We've never had that many students qualify before! I can't even begin to tell you how proud I am of these students!
