We’re excited to kick off the Fall Term at Maryville! Classes begin Monday, August 25, and we’re starting strong with our first HDFS “Family Chat” on Wednesday, August 27 at 7:00 PM (Central) on Zoom.
Family Chats are a great way to connect with fellow HDFS students and faculty, learn more about the program, and get helpful info on classes and career planning.
Watch for reminders in Slack and an Outlook invite. The Zoom link stays the same each time, so it’s easy to join. We can’t wait to see you there!

A big shout out and invitation to the 22 HDFS students who have completed their degree requirements within the past calendar year
I want to congratulate you on being SO very close to graduation! I’m so excited to celebrate and cheer loudly on a couple of Saturdays! Working with you on these final steps to graduation has been such a pleasure! I could not be prouder of our third
cohort of graduates from our program! As you close out your degree with us, I’m asking graduating students to provide feedback on their experience in the program so we can assess our outcomes. I would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time! (Form linked in comments and in your emails)!
