Here are more details about Grace’s prize-winning ways!
ICYMI: Grace Mohs, LS '13, competed on Wheel of Fortune this week, winning $37,498 in cash and prizes, including a trip to St. Marten! Grace works as an executive assistant in Los Angeles and in her spare time enjoys creating digital artwork. She said being selected as a contestant was the highlight of her year. “I thought the whole process was just really fun, to get a little taste of what playing Wheel of Fortune could actually be like." She hopes to use some of her prize money on a future trip to Japan.
Congratulations, Grace!

I’m missing singing with you, but thankful for all the singers of the past as I enjoy coffee and pecan pie and remember all of you!
Concordia Nebraska was the destination for our tour that didn’t happen this past spring. Here’s the top choir from the University under the direction of Professor Kurt von Kampen.

Another “shout-out” to a loyal Choir supporter! She even called and asked for concert dates this year, and had to hear the sad news. She’ll be ready to help when singing resumes.
The Choirs will miss a faithful supporter. Jim (and Betty) Knackstedt faithfully attended concerts, made generous donations, and were dubbed “Choir Groupies.” We eventually gave them reserved front row seats! While they had no children, or grand children, or great grandchildren singing, we could count on them attending. Visitation for Jim is today at Hoffmeister Colonial on Chippewa, with his funeral Wednesday, at 11am at St. Paul’s in Des Peres. “The Lord make His face to shine upon you, and give you peace.”
