π¨ποΈβ¨ | Celebrating 100 Years of History Through Adaptive Reuse β¨ποΈπ¨
Fresh off our recent preservation spotlight, we're excited to share another outstanding event highlighting the power of historic preservation and adaptive reuse. Join 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis as they celebrate the 100th Anniversary of 1528 Locust Street, originally constructed as the Downtown YMCA and now transformed into one of St. Louis' most celebrated hospitality and cultural destinations. The evening will explore how thoughtful restoration preserves stories, strengthens communities, and breathes new life into historic buildings.
We're especially proud that AIA St. Louis Social Media Consultant David Charles will serve as moderator for the panel discussion, joined by an incredible lineup of preservation and design leaders including Shaun Dodson (Trivers), Vivian Gibson, Andy Hahn, and Stuart Keating. Guests can also enjoy a guided tour of the building's historic spaces led by Byron Conley of Russell Construction Company before the discussion begins.
