Joe Fassi Sausage & Sandwich Factory is a St. Louis landmark If you were on the Hill in St. Louis 40 years ago, it’s quite likely you would have seen a man named Joe running an order of sausages into a customer’s ice box.
We have grown in such a loving and caring relationship with our Little Sprouts over the years, so now is an emotional time sending them off to the next stage of their lives! We wish them the very best of luck with their bilingual mind and know they will do great!!
