Buerkle Middle School was named a winner of the 2025-2026 Green Schools Quest. More than 80 schools across Missouri and Southern Illinois competed this year to design and implement a school-wide sustainability project. Buerkle STRETCH students' “Ready, Set, Grow” project to feed families using indoor tower gardens was named the winner of the Middle School Rookie category. Way to go, Bobcats! 💙 🌎
