We had a great morning with our PA students today! A big thank you to Annemarie Konz and SSM Health for providing breakfast and taking the time to speak with our group. Annemarie shared helpful insight into SSM Health locations across the Midwest and highlighted opportunities available for PA students after graduation.
She also offered some great advice on interviewing—everything from building a strong CV to being honest about your experience and the importance of following up afterward.
We truly appreciate the time and support in helping prepare our future PAs!

We recently had the opportunity to visit Axes Physical Therapy in Farmington, MO for a site visit with one of our PY2 Physical Therapy students, Rachel Leigh, on clinical rotation—and it was a great reminder of the impact of strong clinical partnerships.
A special thank you to Derrick Wolk, MPT and Jennifer Naeger, MPT at Axes Physical Therapy for creating such a supportive learning environment. Their dedication to mentorship and hands-on teaching plays a critical role in preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Experiences like this highlight the value of collaboration between academic programs and clinical partners in shaping future providers.
