First time I've seen this. Sorry for the quality, I was rushing out to pick up my girls. Looks like a sign to me : )

Garden preparation is happening in 2013!

We are going to hold an initial meeting of the Community Garden on Monday, April 15 at 12:30 pm at the TLC on south campus. You must be present or have contacted us if you absolutely cannot make it.

The agenda will include guidelines for planting and maintaining your plot and other issues. If you have concerns to be added to the agenda, please let us know that too.

Spring may be upon us at last. We are accepting new gardeners. If you know any one that may be interested, please invite them to this meeting.

As you all know, it is HOT! Take sometime, at least every other day to water and tend to your gardens. Next season, we might have a better way to beat the heat ... but that will take time. Help your neighbor too if you can.

The faucet they installed last weekend is working now. Unfortunately, it is a long way from our allotments. The hose we have in the basement should be long enough though. We are looking into getting a hose caddy that will allow us to easily move the hose in and out but that might take a bit. Not that we need it right now anyway. : )
