What a fun evening at our Kindergarten Play Date! It was great to see so many of our newest Rogers Bears together before the start of school.

Our new music teacher, Mrs. Cassidy McNeal, is attending New Teacher Orientation —and she’s no stranger to Mehlville! Cassidy is a proud graduate of the Mehlville School District, and along the way she had the chance to reconnect with some familiar faces, including her former middle school principal and high school teacher.
We’re excited that Cassidy has come home to Mehlville and is beginning this next chapter at Rogers, where she’ll now inspire the next generation of students!

Stop by Bernard Middle School (1054 Forder Road) from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. to meet new friends and school district staff, get ready for the 2026-2027 school year, explore offerings from area businesses, and enjoy a petting zoo and craft activities for kids! We hope to see you there! 💙

If you haven’t purchased school supplies yet, this weekend is the perfect time to do so! The Missouri Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday is from Friday, August 7, to Sunday, August 9. ✏️📚🎒

This weekend, the state sales tax will be waived on items like clothing, school supplies, computers and calculators. This includes purchases made both in store and online!

Supply lists for the 2026-2027 school year are posted on your child’s school website under “School Information.” You can print or bookmark a supply list, shop online or at the store of your choice.
