to our 2013 Cedar Lake Winery inaugural wine tasting trip in Wright City. 🍷☀️
This one just looks like a good day from start to finish. A bus full of IREM STL friends. Blue wine glasses. Big smiles. Bottles on the table. And the kind of easy, sunny energy that makes you wish you could jump right back into the album.
We spotted familiar names tied to this throwback, including Jenn Smith Mesey, Dean AuBuchon, Exbar Arias, and Heather Bowman. These photos really capture what makes chapter memories last. It is not always the ballroom moments. Sometimes it is the bus ride, the vineyard views, and the conversations in between. 💙
We could not fit the whole album here, so take a scroll through the full set and enjoy the rest of this one with us: https://ow.ly/T1V550Yye97
What is your favorite kind of IREM memory. The educational events, the networking nights, or the just plain fun chapter outings like this one? 👇

Mattie Divin’s story is such a good reminder that there isn’t just one path to building a career you’re proud of. 💙
Mattie, a CPM® Candidate with the IREM Houston Chapter, had to step away from a traditional college degree to put her family first. But she didn’t stop moving forward.
In her words, “I stepped away from my degree program to prioritize my family, but IREM has given me the opportunity to continue my education in a way I didn’t think was possible. I love what I do and I’m proud of it.”
That kind of honesty hits home. And it’s exactly why scholarship support matters so much.
Mattie is a recipient of the For Houston, From Houston Scholarship, which is helping her move closer to earning her CPM® and ACoM®. More than that, it’s helping remove a financial barrier and open the door to new opportunities for her and her family.
Her story also shows what’s possible when chapters and Industry Partners come together to invest in local talent through the IREM Foundation. It’s simple. It’s meaningful. And it creates real impact.

Some sponsorships help create fun. Others help drive the giving behind it. 💙⛳
A big thank you to Buildingstars Commercial Cleaning Solutions for supporting the 2026 IREM St. Louis Annual Golf Classic as a Charity Raffle Prize Sponsor. Their sponsorship helped make the raffle portion of the event more engaging and more impactful, with proceeds benefiting KidSmart.
That’s what made this year’s Golf Classic so meaningful. It brought our industry together for a great day on the course, but it also created real support for a cause that matters. We’re grateful to Buildingstars Commercial Cleaning Solutions for being part of that as a Charity Raffle Prize Sponsor.
Thank you for helping turn generosity into impact.

Now this was a good IREM St. Louis afternoon. 🔧🙌💙
Thank you to everyone who joined us today for From Pipes to Protection: The Essentials of Smart Building Operations.
We had a great crowd, a really practical presentation from Murphy Company, and a room full of people who were clearly glad to be there. Chris Konkel and Nick Zahner shared helpful insight on plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative care, safety protocols, hazard recognition, PPE, and emergency response, all the kind of stuff that matters when you’re the one keeping buildings running.
And we got to end on a high note by recognizing another successful IREM St. Louis Golf Classic and presenting $2,400 to KidSmart - Tools for Learning. We love being able to celebrate our chapter and support a great organization at the same time. 👏
We’re especially glad we got to spend the day with Jenn Mesey, Dan Kiehne, Sabriana Price, Elizabeth Watson, Devan Ixta, Jason Strawn, Jeff Touchette, Marnie Miceli Clark, Julie Fowler, and Megan Douglas.
Thanks again to KidSmart, our speakers, and everyone who came out today!

Ready to turn passion into impact? 💙
The 2026 Impact Icon: A Charitable Challenge is back, and it’s a powerful way to support the future of real estate management through the IREM Foundation.
Now entering its third year, this challenge has already made a big difference. In its first two years, 25 Impact Icon competitors raised more than $330,000 to support scholarships, programs, and opportunities that help strengthen our industry.
This year, 15 champions will step forward to raise critical funds for the IREM Foundation during the 15-week challenge period from August 4 through November 17, 2026. The top fundraiser will be named the 2026 Impact Icon, with the winner announced live at the 2026 IREM Leadership Forum in Chicago.
Getting started is simple:

You don’t have to be a fundraising expert to make a real difference. Whether you host an event, share your story online, invite your chapter to participate, or ask your employer to give, every effort helps open doors for others.
Who’s ready to champion the mission and show what’s possible when passion meets purpose?

This is a good one for property managers and facility managers who want to better understand what’s happening behind the walls, under the sinks, and across the systems that keep buildings running.
We’ll also present the funds raised from the IREM St. Louis Golf Classic to KidSmart, Tools for Learning, which makes this lunch program a meaningful one for our chapter too.

Some event details are gone by the end of the day. The photos aren’t. 📸⛳
A big thank you to RoofTech Building Envelope Consultants and PaveTech Consulting for supporting the 2026 IREM St. Louis Annual Golf Classic as our Golf Photography Sponsor. Their sponsorship helped make sure the moments, the connections, and the energy of the day were captured and remembered long after the final hole.
That matters more than people think. Photos help tell the story of the event. They let us look back on the people who showed up, the fun we had, and the community impact we made together. We’re grateful to have had RoofTech Building Envelope Consultants and PaveTech Consulting be part of that as this year’s Golf Photography Sponsor.
Thank you for helping us preserve the memories from a great day that also benefited KidSmart. 💙
