Gateway Science Academy of St. Louis - High

This Tuesday morning, students from will be taking over Chouquette for a few hours as part of a program that gives high school students hands-on experience with local small businesses while introducing them to different career paths throughout the year.

The students will be spending time both front of house and back of house, learning about customer service, pastry production, teamwork, and the day-to-day reality of running a bakery and café.

We hope you’ll stop by, encourage them, and cheer them on a little. You never know, we may have a few future pastry chefs and café owners in the group.
