Today we celebrated our amazing eighth graders as they officially graduated. We are proud of their hard work, growth, and the memories they’ve made along the way. While we’ll miss seeing them in our halls, we can’t wait to see all they accomplish next.

The students brought incredible energy and teamwork to Field Day this year. They played everything from the classic tug-of-war to water balloon tosses to some intense games of dog and bone. Huge thanks to all the amazing volunteers and staff who made the day such a massive success!

A bittersweet day as our 8th graders celebrated their last day of classes! The day ended with one of our favorite traditions where the whole school gathers for the annual clap out to cheer them on as they walk the halls one last time as students here. We are so proud of this amazing group and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish.

On Friday, our kindergarteners hosted a magical Mom & Me morning! From a high-fashion runway show and sweet treats to a nostalgic slideshow of moms back in their own kindergarten days, it was a celebration to remember.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms and mother figures!

Teacher Appreciation Week was extra sweet thanks to our incredible parents! From a coffee truck and delicious donuts to homemade chocolate covered pretzels, beautiful flower bouquets, lunches, and so many thoughtful surprises, our teachers felt appreciated all week long. We would have taken more pictures but we were all too busy enjoying the treats! Thank you for going above and beyond to celebrate our staff!

What a game! The gym was electric today for our annual 8th Grade vs. Faculty volleyball showdown.
The teachers put up a fight with some impressive serves and strategic plays, but the 8th graders brought the heat and incredible teamwork to the court. While the match had everyone cheering to the end, the highlight of the afternoon wasn’t on the scoreboard.
After the game, the 8th graders locked arms and sang ”Take Me Home, Country Roads” at the top of their lungs.
It was the perfect way to celebrate another year of tradition. Great job to everyone who played!

Before stepping on stage, our 8th graders took a moment that mattered most. They gathered and began a prayer together, completely on their own. Their initiative and faith were just as inspiring as the performance that followed. What a beautiful reminder of what makes SCL so special.

Our talented eighth graders dazzled the school today with their production of Beauty and the Beast. Their performances were enchanting and we were so proud to see their hard work shine through in every scene. We know their performances this weekend will be just as magical when family and friends get to experience this tale as old as time. A huge thank you to the cast, crew, teachers, and parents who made this production happen.
