Congratulations to our participants in the Donnybrook 2026 Tournament, the biggest HEMA event in the central United States. I'm very proud of them all. From left to right:

As a beginner, this is one of the most important things you can practice. It establishes proper formation of guards, good footwork and cutting technique.
