Academic transcripts have been retained by both South City Hospital-Medical Records and the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. Please use the transcript request form on the school website to submit request to the hospital. Please use closed school transcript request form to request from Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development.

Lutheran School of Nursing closed July 27, 2022. Academic Transcripts for students are being transferred to the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. All other records will be retained at South City Hospital. A teach out agreement will be offered to currently enrolled students.
