Next question, do we deny access to the law breakers and provision breakers of the easement as the Forest Service has Stated, " there is no jurisdiction here " .
So the forest service has basically broke the law twice . Question is are they above the law ?
Gets better, the surveyor also stated our property lines ran at a angle and stated by the end of you're property we gave you 88 feet of that . Which is another parcel .
The original stake was left in when I immediately took a picture of it . They however put a new stake 12 ft over in our neighbors property .
Yes they can legally just take land . They however can not convey another's property over to anyone else which is a Federal law .
Now if you know property forest law , yes they can survey anytime they want with notification.
They were caught one Monday and the forest contracted surveyor stayed oh what are upset about? We are moving the stake 12 feet over and giving you this property
This is how our government officials lie to us and deceive us . Now with a survey they performed without notification , The forest contracted surveyors moved stakes
