Lindbergh High School was proud to partner with CharacterPlus and host four educators from the nation of Chile this morning. It was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas about how we support student character in our building and to learn about the experiences in their country. I especially appreciated our students who gave tours to our guests during Power Lunch. Watching our students give tours in fluent Spanish to native speakers was inspiring and a great opportunity to demonstrate their learning!

CONGRATULATIONS, KRYSTLE HOISINGTON!

We have another incredible accomplishment for LHS! Please join us in congratulating journalism teacher Krystle Hoisington, who has been named a JEA Distinguished Broadcast Adviser!

This national recognition places Krystle among the top broadcast advisers in the country, something that comes as no surprise to anyone who has seen the outstanding work being produced by our Flyers News students.

Krystle’s leadership, creativity and commitment to giving students authentic opportunities to tell the Lindbergh story continue to make an incredible impact. Her recognition also earns the program $500 toward broadcast equipment or student scholarships for workshops.

Congratulations to Krystle and the entire Flyers News program on this well-deserved national recognition!

Today at LHS, we celebrated AVID Day, joining schools across the country in recognizing the impact of educators and students working together to expand access and opportunity.

At LHS, AVID strengthens skills like critical thinking, organization,
collaboration, and self-advocacy, helping students prepare for college, careers, and
beyond.

We are proud of the growth we see every day and grateful for the shared commitment that

Congratulations and thank you to Officer Ryan Stumpf, the Lindbergh High School SRO. Officer Stumpf was recently recognized with an Outstanding Officer Award by the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. This was largely due to the good work he does serving the students, staff, and community at our school. Thanks for all you do, Officer Stumpf!

We are thrilled to welcome our new teachers to Lindbergh High School for the 2026-27 school year. They have already put a ton of time in to get ready and it was great to have them in the building today.
