We are looking for lead teachers in our infant, ones, three’s, and K-prep departments.

We are looking for those who would like to help us in the day to day operations of our preschool. Being a building aide, you will get to be all around the building, helping our teachers and keeping our space safe and clean for our little ones. We are a Christian preschool that works in the Mehlville area. We love our kids well and look to do everything with excellence and joy. We are looking for people to join our team and help us show the love of Jesus! This candidate would be working in our one's turning two's department.

Responsibilities:

Creating a nurturing and fun environment for children to learn
Connecting with parents, fostering open communication
Keeping a clean and safe classroom
Creating and executing lesson plans appropriate to your age group
Managing the classroom
Assessing children's growth and development, recording and creating plans for each child in your care
Skills and Requirements:

At least 1 year experience
Ability to engage with students as well as co-workers and parents
Responsibly manage time
Willingness to learn and grow as a teacher
Ability to take initiative
Ability to communicate, in verbal and written forms
CPR certification preferred

We are looking for a mature and experienced person who is energetic, hard-working, and loves kids! This position would include assisting the lead teacher in caring for infants and maintaining a clean and safe environment as well as maintaining communication with parents.

Must be 18 or older to apply. CPR certification is preferred.
