Yesterday, Luna crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈
…and I don’t really know what to do with myself.

For almost 12 years, my world revolved around this giant, complicated, hilarious, anxious, stubborn, extraordinary special needs girl.

Meds three times a day. Cancer. Deafness. Anxiety. Being home in time to let her out. Planning trips around the tiny circle of humans she trusted.

And Luna’s circle of trust was TINY 💯
But I was always in it.

She needed me. A lot.
And the truth is, I needed her too 💗

Our vet gave her the most peaceful, compassionate goodbye I could have hoped for. She knew I was there. She knew she was safe.

And now she’s free.

Free from pain.
Free from cancer.
Free from anxiety.
Free from a body that was so tired.

I’d like to believe she’s somewhere running around with all of her besties who got there before her, hearing everything again, while I’m an absolute wreck down here 🐾

And suddenly, for the first time in almost 12 years, I’m free too….

No rushing home. No medication alarms. No arranging my life around what she needed.

I can travel. I can stay out. I can go.
And wow, do I have some feelings about that.

Because right now, I would give anything to have her here, pain free, to rush home to.

I’m 50. My divorce will be final in a few weeks. I’ve raised five kids. I’m now a true empty nester.
Last night, for the first time, it was just me.

This isn’t what I imagined my life would look like at 50.
But I also know how unbelievably lucky I am for all the love that got me here.

Especially hers 💗

Luna changed my life.
She made me laugh. She drove me crazy. She got me through some of the hardest days of my life.
And she trusted me with her whole life.

Yesterday, I had to be worthy of that trust one last time.
So I let her go 🌈

Thank you for choosing me, Luna.
Thank you for needing me.
Thank you for loving me.
Thank you for changing me.

Go run. Go play. Go find your friends.

I’ll figure out this next chapter.
I just need a minute first.

I love you forever 💗🐾🌙

There’s a point in business where having more ideas stops being helpful. I know you know what I mean….

You already know a lot.

You’ve built something real. You have clients. You have experience. You know how to work hard.

And you probably have a running list of things you could be doing:

A new offer.
A new hire.
A better system.
More marketing.
A website update.
A price increase.
A launch.
A pivot.
A partnership.
A completely different direction you thought of at 2am.

The problem isn’t that you don’t know enough,
You’re just too close to all of it to see what actually matters right now. It all feels urgent but you only have so many hours in the day…..

This is so much of the work I do with my clients 🙌🏻

They bring me the tangled-up pile….

The numbers. The ideas. The team stuff. The thing that isn’t working. The opportunity they’re considering. The decision they’ve been circling for three months.

And we sort it out ⚡️

What matters?
What doesn’t?
What needs your attention now?
What can wait?
What are you making harder than it needs to be?
And what’s the move that makes everything else easier?

Because you don’t always need more information,
Sometimes you need a trusted brain beside yours
AND an expert to help take the weight out of every decision.

Bring me the 17 questions. We’ll figure out which three actually need answers 🙌🏻

What’s the thing you wish someone would just help you decide right now? 👇🏻

A year ago, Gillian didn’t need more ideas.
She had plenty of those 💯

What she needed was someone who could look at the whole business with her and help her figure out what actually mattered next.

At the time, she was burned out and questioning whether March Home Staging • STL • staging & design could keep growing the way she was running it. Maybe you can relate….

She wanted a warehouse.
A team.
Better-fit clients.
Higher pricing.
More profit.
And a business that didn’t require her to carry every decision herself.

None of those goals were unrealistic, but they did require better decisions.

So that’s what we worked on ⚡️

We looked at the numbers.
We rebuilt the pricing.
We clarified the offers.
We strengthened the brand.
We worked through hiring, leadership, systems, marketing, operations, profitability and the decisions that felt too big to make alone.

A year later, she has the warehouse 🎉
She has a team.
She’s charging more.
She’s attracting more aligned clients.
She’s paying herself.

And my favorite part? She shared….

“I used to think that I was not a CEO, and now I function as one.” 🙌🏻

This is what high-level business coaching looks like with me.

Not more information.
Not a generic blueprint but…
A trusted strategic partner who can see the whole picture, help you identify the real problem, and turn all the noise in your head into clear decisions and an actual plan.

Because when you’ve already built something good, your next level usually isn’t about working harder.
It’s about seeing differently.

If you’re a business owner who has outgrown figuring everything out alone, this is the work I do.
Let chat 💯

And Gillian, congratulations!
You’ve worked so hard to build this business, and watching you grow right alongside it has been one of my favorite parts. You built this. I’m so proud of you and I love being YOUR Coach Meg 🙌🏻🥰💯
