Great conversations were had at yesterday’s Leaders & Legends Luncheon!

Brian A. Murphy (BAM Contracting) and Roslyn Croft (Tarlton Corporation) shared powerful perspectives on leadership, workforce development, and the responsibility we have to strengthen our industry.

Brian emphasized investing in skilled trades professionals and creating career pathways beyond a traditional four-year degree reminding us, “To whom much is given, much is expected.”

Roslyn spoke about the ripple effect of leadership: supporting young people, staying engaged, and giving back to multiply impact.

As we close out 2025, we’re celebrating a major milestone — 100 years of AGC of Missouri serving and strengthening our construction industry. This year reflected everything our association stands for: leadership, collaboration, workforce development, advocacy, education, and member engagement. AGC of Missouri Education Foundation has college scholarships + apprentice/trade grants for students pursuing construction careers.

✅ College scholarships: MO (or nearby state) full-time students pursuing a degree in construction/related field
✅ Grants: students in a DOL-registered apprenticeship or certified program

Apply via Smarter Select + 2 recommendation letters (and transcripts for scholarships).
