Yesterday, the halls of Bishop DuBourg were filled with familiar faces, new beginnings, big smiles, and plenty of Cavalier Spirit! There’s something special about having our school feel alive again. We are excited for another year of faith, learning, friendship, and making memories together.

Today was all about our newest Cavaliers! We were so excited to welcome our Class of 2030 and our transfers to campus for Orientation! From getting to know their new school and meeting new friends to learning what it means to be a Cavalier, it was a great first day.

The halls are officially a little more exciting with you here! We can’t wait to watch you grow, learn, serve, and make your mark at Bishop DuBourg.

Brunch, Books & a Beautiful Legacy ❤️

Join us for a special morning at hatch'd STL as we welcome Author T.M., illustrator Cyn Watson, and the one and only Grandma Peggy '75 for a book signing of The Wednesday Breakfast Club.

Inspired by the love, kindness, and tradition that Grandma Peggy has shared with so many throughout St. Louis, The Wednesday Breakfast Club is a heartwarming story that celebrates family, faith, and community.

Books will be available for purchase at the event (while supplies last), or you can purchase your copy ahead of time and bring it to be personally signed by these inspiring women.

Even more meaningful, proceeds from the book benefit the Bishop DuBourg Sam Crowe Scholarship Fund. The scholarship honors the memory of Sam Crowe, whose life touched so many before his sudden passing. Through the love and dedication of his grandmother, Grandma Peggy, Sam's legacy continues by helping future Bishop DuBourg students pursue a Catholic education.

Honoring a Legacy of Faith & Kindness 💜
Each year, the Brett Haubrich Memorial Scholarship reminds us that a life lived with faith, kindness, and compassion leaves an impact that never fades.

Established by Brett's parents, Conrad and Eileen, after Brett's passing in 2018, this $1,000 scholarship is awarded to an eighth-grade student who exemplifies the same values that Brett shared with everyone he met.
This year's recipient, James, was selected by the faculty at St. Francis of Assisi School for his strong faith, caring heart, and genuine kindness toward others.

What makes this year's award even more meaningful is that James will be joining the Bishop DuBourg family this fall—the same school Brett loved. His character and spirit serve as a beautiful reminder that Brett's legacy continues to inspire future Cavaliers.

Congratulations, James! We can't wait to welcome you to Bishop DuBourg. Thank you to the Haubrich family for your incredible generosity and for keeping Brett's light shining in the lives of so many students.
