MINI INTENSIVE 2026 TEACHER SPOTLIGHT!

Ms. Sophia Klobe will ALSO be joining our Mini Intensive staff this weekend!

Sophia Klobe is a 22-year-old graduate of Saint Louis University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Dance. She also graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2022 as the Valedictorian of her class. Sophia began dancing at Professional Dance Center at the age of four and was a member of the competitive ensemble team for nine years. She has trained extensively in tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, musical theatre, and contemporary, with tap being her favorite style. After graduating from PDC, Sophia continued her dance education through the St. Louis Rhythm Collaborative Pre-Professional Program before joining MoSTLy Tap as an Apprentice. She is now proud to be a Company Member with MoSTLy Tap and serves as the Pre-Professional Youth Director at St. Louis Rhythm Collaborative, where she works closely with young dancers to help develop their technique, artistry, and confidence. She also teaches at Saint Louis Academy of Dance and choreographed many different dances for Xquizit SLU’s only hiphop dance team. In addition during the summer months she performs and works with Whitecliff Summer Playhouse as one of their dance captains. Sophia is so excited to return home to Professional Dance Center as a teacher and looks forward to sharing her passion for dance with the next generation of students.

We can’t wait to have her back 💜💛
