The women I work with aren’t lacking potential.
They’re usually some of the most capable people in the room.
They’re thoughtful.
Hardworking.
Self-aware.
Deeply caring.
And yet they’re exhausted…not because they’re failing.
Because they’re carrying versions of themselves that no longer fit.
The people-pleaser.
The perfectionist.
The overthinker.
The woman who’s become really good at being who everyone else needs her to be.
The woman who keeps waiting until she’s more certain, more ready, more confident.
At some point, those strategies stop feeling helpful and start feeling heavy.
That’s usually when someone finds me.
Not because they need fixing. That’s not the work we do. They’re ready to stop abandoning themselves.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

You can know yourself well and still have more to understand.
The patterns.
The self-doubt.
The second-guessing.
The feeling that something isn’t quite aligned.
What if there’s more beneath the surface?
Tomorrow, I’m sharing something I’ve been creating for the woman who’s ready to see herself differently.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking:
“There has to be more than this.”
And then immediately reminding yourself of everything you have to be grateful for?
I’ve noticed a lot of women live in that tension. The tension between gratitude and longing. Between appreciating what is and wondering what else might be possible.
Maybe that’s worth paying attention to…
Something for the woman who knows there’s more is coming Monday. 🤍

You can be grateful for what you’ve built and still want more.
More connection.
More alignment.
More joy.
More fulfillment.
More of yourself.
Not because your life is wrong…because growth asks different questions than the ones that got you here.
Sometimes the most important thing isn’t fixing your life.
It’s paying attention to what no longer fits.
