I remember questioning the way I had always understood God, not in a rebellious way, but in a very honest search for what felt true for me. In Yogaphora Conversations, I spoke with about growing up with certain ideas and images of God, and how over time those images began to feel too limiting for what I was actually sensing within myself.
There was a point where I stopped trying to hold on to a fixed picture, and instead began to relate to something more expansive, something I could not fully define in the same way anymore. That shift did not happen all at once, but it changed the way I began to experience my own inner world.
If you have ever questioned old beliefs or found yourself exploring a deeper understanding of spirituality, I invite you to listen to this conversation and see what resonates with your own journey.

Iβve always found that some of my clearest understanding has come from being willing to see things beyond what I was originally exposed to.
and I touched on what it means to form your own perspective through experience, rather than only through what youβre told or taught during a recent episode of the YogaFlow Conversations podcast.
At one point in my life, that curiosity also led me to travel and step into very different environments than what I was familiar with. What I began to notice in those experiences stayed with me in a quiet way.
That part of the conversation opened up a much wider reflection on perception and understanding.
Sometimes the questions that take us furthest are the ones that invite us to look beyond the familiar.

It has become clearer to me over time that not every connection is meant to stay in your life as you evolve.
There were moments where I noticed that something simply no longer felt aligned, even if there was history or familiarity there. And instead of trying to force it, I began to trust that awareness more.
In my conversation with on *YogaFlow Conversations*, I spoke about how that process of letting go made space for new relationships and experiences to naturally come in. Not through effort, but through alignment.
What Iβve learned is that life has a way of reorganizing itself when you stop trying to hold everything in place.
I invite you to reflect on what in your own life may be shifting, changing, or making room for something new.

There was a period in my life where I was really trying to understand what I believed and what felt true to me internally.
I had a hard time finding resources that felt clear or grounded. I kept searching, reading, and trying to make sense of it all in a way that felt real and usable in my own life.
On YogaFlow Conversations, I shared with how that search eventually led me to a metaphysics class and why it felt like coming home. We also explored how my upbringing in the Presbyterian church shaped my relationship with faith and personal understanding.
If you have ever questioned your beliefs or searched for deeper meaning, I invite you to listen to this part of our conversation and see what resonates with you.

Some people experience intuition as a quiet feeling. Others experience it as a deep inner knowing they cannot explain.
During my conversation with on YogaFlow Conversations, we explored what intuition felt like for me growing up and how learning to trust that inner guidance became one of the most important parts of my journey. Sometimes intuition does not make logical sense at first, yet it continues to guide us toward what we need, where we need to go, and who we are becoming. The more we listen to that inner voice, the stronger it becomes.
I invite you to watch this part of the conversation and reflect on how intuition has shown up in your own life.

I recently joined on YogaFlow Conversations for a discussion about consciousness, curiosity, and the experiences that shape our personal and spiritual growth.
In this part of the conversation, I share how my fascination with understanding people, asking deeper questions, and exploring life beyond surface level thinking eventually led me toward metaphysics and personal transformation. I also talk about how certain life experiences became catalysts for change and opened the door to a much larger journey.
Thank you to for creating space for such thoughtful and meaningful conversations.
I invite you to watch this portion of our conversation and explore where curiosity, self-discovery, and a willingness to ask deeper questions can lead.
