This week, St. Louis University hosted a presentation where Neighbors Credit Union and SLU Upward Bound came together to educate high school seniors on financial literacy! Students learned about credit scores, credit cards, and savings accounts! 📚💸

As our summer academy comes to an end, we would like to thank the following people and organizations. Your contributions made our summer program a success!
Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis, Inc. - The Finance Park was a great educational experience. Our students are still talking about their budgets. We look forward to working with you again this school year.
AIMS - Adventures in Medicine and Science - The cadaver lab and the sheep brain dissection were unforgettable. The students have not stop talking about it.
Neighbors Credit Union - Your presentation was filled with great information. Our scholars are excited about saving their money. We look forward to many more collaborations.
St. Louis Cardinals - Thank you for the tickets. Our scholars and their families enjoyed the baseball game. Go Cards!!!
JACCK Foundation for the Arts- Our scholars and staff had a fantastic time exploring the Arts at your location. The whole vibe was fun and engaging. We look forward to collaborating with you again.

SIUE Tour! This past weekend, we took our scholars across the river to to explore Southern, Illinois University Edwardsville. This experience was unlike any other before because it allowed them to choose a tour tailored to the major they wanted to pursue. The chancellor James T. Minor took the time to networked with a few of our future alumni. Before our tour concluded, every single one of our seniors applied!! Kudos to you all now that’s progress😏 👏
