Foot & Ankle Exercise: Towel Toe Curls 09/04/2022

Magical exercise that no one talks about!
To all who suffer from plantar fasciitis and other related arch issues.
You cannot overdue this exercise and the more you will do it the sooner you will leave plantar fasciitis issues behind.

Minimum exercise required: 5 min in the morning, 5 minutes in the afternoon, and 5 minutes in the evening for a week. but you can do as much as you wish, this is just minimum*

In addition to a good night sleep we also need to make sure we never skip breakfast.
I know so many people that skip breakfast due to busy lives, but grabbing an orange, banana, or a piece of toast can make a huge difference to your day. **
While you sleep your body's respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and nervous systems are still working thru their cycle so when you wake up in the morning you need to put some energy supplies into your body that the body used thru the night. Your body is like a car that NEVER turns the engine off so if you want your car to last for a long time, you have to do regular maintenance on it. Skipping breakfast is like avoiding to change the oil after you are wayyyy overdue. You may can get away for a year or two doing it, but eventually it will add up at the end.
Someday maybe you will be able to make an egg, or a greek yogurt with some granola, and some days you will have to run out of the door with just banana in your hand. Whatever that is, never skip breakfast. If you need easy breakfast ideas, please reach me out and I would gladly share some easy tricks that would not overwhelm your mornings as me myself never spend more than 5 minutes preparing breakfast.

Let`s take some serious steps back and revisit the importance of sleep. Our busy lives require a lot of compromises that we have to make daily. However, one thing that should not be compromised is the sleep as it is the most important component for our health.
Great article by Dr. Erica Jansen.
If you are trying to improve your health you should start from making sure you are getting enough sleep.
