Alum Bill Dickens laid foundation for career success at UMSL and remains committed to giving back - UMSL Daily Dickens earned his BSBA at UMSL in 2003 and is a certified financial planner and partner with the Moneta Group.

One of our newest alumni, Callie Clinton, has earned a role as a financial advisor for SageSpring Wealth Partners in Franklin, Tennessee. During her time at UMSL, she was a member of the Pierre Laclede Honors College and participated on the women's swimming and diving team, earning academic all-district honors. UMSL alumna Samantha Star Brainerd has a lifelong passion for community service. As the founder of Message Meals, an initiative supporting children facing food insecurity, Brainard says she is "dedicated to being the helping hand I once needed." From sober driving to fighting food insecurity, UMSL alum Samantha Star Brainerd is committed to community service - UMSL Daily Brainerd, who graduated with her bachelor's degree from UMSL in 2018, works as a human resources associate specialist at Mastercard.

The UMSL School of Engineering is growing with the assistance of the St. Louis business community! A $1 million pledge from Ameren Corporation will help construct the Ameren Electrical Engineering Lab, offer scholarships, and provide experiential learning opportunities for engineering students. Ameren leaders will also help shape curriculum and strengthen alignment with industry needs by serving on the Founding Corporate Council and Engineering Advisory Council.
