Election day is 5 days away! Missouri PTA encourages everyone to vote in the August 4 election. Amendment 5 threatens the $1.4 billion in state public education money that school districts across the state rely on.

The impact for districts is significant for districts like North Kansas City, Independence, Columbia, Lee's Summit, and Wentzville.

Shout out to Hazelwood Central high school’s  students who were just delivered an amazing performance of Hype Man. Jay Shawn McDaniel, Anakin Ganolli, and Cydney Jackson gave excellent performances and David Dyson created the amazing beats for the musical. Central’s own Glynus Brooks (teacher) provided,” vocal and movement consulting as well for the musical.


About last night, at the Ken Page Awards, HSD was well represented at the award ceremony with Central and West high school‘s receiving multiple nominations. And of course, Hazelwood Central showed out with some spectacular performances from Dreamgirls.
