Baby & Me St. Louis is going on sabbatical until January of 2023. Please consider attending a MOMS Group. MOMS Group are free, peer-led support for perinatal people. Our trained and experienced peer maternal mental health coaches have you covered, they are moms who have been there and they get it. Welcome in December with some support and connection at Baby & Me STL on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday afternoons. Join us in person if parents are vaccinated or on Zoom. Ashton and I will be there to keep things lively.

Need a quick boost of connection and support on turkey day or the day after? Join in on one or both of our Holiday Check-ins! We will gather for an hour to release and share. You deserve a break and you are not alone.
