The Existing Student Update must be completed annually by all returning families. It allows parents and guardians to review and update phone numbers, email addresses and other important information. It also contains our annual notifications, media release form, medical records and technology policies.

The Existing Student Update can be completed on your phone or desktop using the Infinite Campus app. Infinite Campus also contains students’ grades, attendance and other records. Parents and guardians will not be able to view their child’s schedule (once released in mid-August) until they complete the Existing Student Update.

If you have a new student who will be attending Bernard this fall, please complete registration as soon as possible to give our staff time to finish classroom assignments, procure technology, etc. so your child is ready to go on the first day of school! Visit msdr9.com/enroll to get started!

Heather King, a counselor at Bernard Middle School, received the Lighthouse Award from CHADS Coalition for Mental Health for being an outstanding advocate for mental health and su***de prevention. Her nominator said:

“I am blown away by Heather’s compassion, communicativeness, resourcefulness and kindness. There are a few students who we both see that really struggle with their mental health, and Heather always does all she can to make sure I know how the student is doing, if and when she met with them and what I can do to help them. She really goes above and beyond, and I can’t thank her enough for all she does.”
