How Well Was Your Child Care Center Prepared to Handle this Pandemic?
1. Did you have a disaster preparedness team already in place?
2. Did you notify all vendors and suppliers that your center would be closed down or only operating on 50% or less capacity?
3. How efficient was your communication in notifying parents of the changes in the operation of your center?
4. How did you decide who was going to sanitize your center?
5. How often have you communicated with your staff in the past 6-8 weeks?
Your responses to these five questions may indicate the need for Emergency Disaster Planning training.
