Kobudo training in Minnesota ~ We had a great time training with friends in the twin cities. Lots of training, comradary, sweat and laughter. Arigato Renshi François Auradon, Sue Achterberg Auradon and Jennifer Soriano for being such gracious hosts and dealing with both Kyoshi Noah and I.

14 years ago Soke Takashi Nagamine Sensei passed away. I really enjoyed the few times I was able to train with him. He definitely inspired me. His Yoko Tobi Geri was much better than mine. Continue to rest in peace Sensei.
