Earlier this school year, Farrakhan Shegog and Young Voices with Action, Inc. had the privilege of visiting Westview Middle School to pour into the young men. π At the event, they sat down with a group of young men for a real conversation β about life, school, purpose and the power of their potential. They also discussed the importance of education, setting goals, building character and overcoming challenges. The students were reminded that their choices matter, their future is worth working for, and the foundation they build now will carry them far. Now that summer is here, may this break be a time to reflect, recharge and come back ready. Thank you to Farrakhan Shegog and Young Voices with Action, Inc. This is what community looks like. π
