Loving this progress from my online client in just 8 weeks!

My client here taught group exercise slasses came to me wanting to lose weight and tone up.

Ladies, have you heard of the Reality Distortion Field?

It’s a term used to describe the technique Steve Jobs used to motivate people to get things done.

And it’s a powerful way to motivate yourself to reach your biggest fitness goals.

The story goes Steve asked an engineer to speed up the boot time of the Macintosh by 10 seconds.

The engineer said it couldn't be done.

Steve reflected and then asked, “Could you do it if it would save someone's life?”

Steve went on to explain that 10 seconds of time reduced, multiplied by all the millions of users over the coming years, would amount to multiple lifetimes saved.

In other words...

A "life" is saved collectively by simply reducing the boot time by 10 seconds.

What happened?

The engineer sped up the boot time by 20 seconds.

As Henry Ford said, "Whether you believe you can or can't, you're right."

So I want you to imagine whatever obstacle is standing in the way of you reaching your fitness goals.

Is it time? Money? No plan? Something else?

Bring it to mind, and now ask yourself...

“If the life of someone I loved depended overcoming this obstacle, would it stop me, or would I find a way?”

Is this a bit extreme?

Maybe.

But then again, maybe it’s pretty accurate too.

If you lose your health, does anything else you have going for you even matter?

If you have kids, aren’t they depending on you to be a good role model for them?

Doesn’t their lives depend on the example you set for them when it comes to health?

Just like Steve Jobs forced the engineer to realize that reducing the boot time of a computer by 10 seconds was saving people’s lives…

It’s my job to help you realize that every meal you eat, every workout you do, every hour of sleep you get goes towards saving a life.

Your life.

And the life of those you love who you impact by your example whether you want to or not.

Now I'm sure it wasn't an easy task for the engineer.

Most breakthroughs aren't.

But it would have been impossible for the engineer if he had stayed stuck in his old belief that it couldn’t be done.

So consider this:

If something seems impossible, simply play with the question the Apple engineer had to ask...

"What if this IS possible?”

Now I don’t know your specific situation...

But I’ve been able to help countless women reach their goals even when they felt they tried virtually everything else and failed… all without restriction or endless hours of cardio.
