Math, Mentorship & Meaningful Connections!

A big shoutout to Assistant Principal Mr. Armstead for arranging math tutoring for our middle school scholars with college students from Washington University who are part of the Society of Women Engineers!

Our scholars loved the experience, and our teachers appreciate the additional support! The best part? Our tutors will be here weekly to help our scholars build confidence and strengthen their math skills. We’re excited about this partnership and the impact it will make!

CONGRATULATIONS, COACH DEAN DOCKETT!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Coach Dean Dockett on being selected to present at the Missouri Charter Public Schools Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.

With 20+ years of dedicated service in education, Coach Dean Dockett has built a legacy rooted in relationships, school culture, leadership, and creating opportunities for scholars to thrive beyond the classroom.

Most recently, he created and leads The KIPP Inspire Breakfast Club, a mentoring organization focused on helping young men develop brotherhood, accountability, leadership, self-love, and positive decision-making. Seeing the program grow and impact scholars has been one of the proudest moments of his career.

We are proud of you, Coach Dockett! Your impact reaches far beyond the field and the classroom.

Final reminder: RSVPs for The Village’s One Mile Walk with KIPP are due this Wednesday, October 7, to be entered into the monthly raffle. ⭐️

New KIPP St. Louis families are invited to join us for a walk around KIPP Wisdom Academy on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The one-mile walk will begin promptly at 10:30am at 1224 Grattan St., St. Louis, MO 63103.

All ages are welcome. Just remember to wear comfortable, walkable shoes.

Last night’s first Open House of the school year was nothing less than inspirational.
Inspire welcomed over 35 families who were eager to hear what the 2026/2027 school year will bring to their scholars.
Support was definitely inside of the school.
