Ready to learn IFS?
There's gap between doing your own IFS therapy and taking a clinical training. I can help.
New clinicians often think that learning IFS means two things: experiencing IFS as a client, and learning protocols in a formal clinical training. Yes, these are crucial. But they are not the full story.
Doing my own IFS work as a client was essential. IFSI Clinical training taught me technique. But I needed personal - relational - connection with others and my own soak time while learning protocols.
Beginners need a bridge between their own therapy and professional clinical training. What makes you an inspired IFS provider is having the model in your bloodstream — not as something you perform but as something you live.
My classes are built with this goal in mind. IFS Basics One — a seven-week small group starting September 8, Tuesdays 10:05–11:55am CT, 12 CE hours for licensed therapists. Details here: ifswithrennie.com/ifs-basics-one
