Summer temps got you melting? Cool off with a fun and healthy activity the kids will love—homemade fruit popsicles! 🍧👩‍🍳 Not only are they refreshing, they’re also a great way to sneak in nutrients and spend quality time in the kitchen together.

Here’s a simple DIY recipe perfect for nannies and kids:

🍓 Rainbow Fruit Pops
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (hulled & sliced)
1 cup mango chunks
1 kiwi (peeled & sliced)
1 cup blueberries
1 ½ cups coconut water, lemonade, or 100% fruit juice

Instructions:
Layer fruit into popsicle molds (let the kids pick their favorite combos!).
Fill molds with your chosen liquid (try coconut water for a hydrating option).
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
To release, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!
