CHRGM Director Kim Thuy Seelinger, currently on leave in The Hague, delivered a keynote address at the University of Angers, France, with longtime colleague and 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Dr. Denis Mukwege. They discussed holistic care of child survivors of wartime sexual violence.
