When should you actually start your child in daycare?

It's one of those questions that every parent Googles at 11pm and somehow ends up more confused than when they started. 😅

We put together an honest guide that breaks down what the research actually says (from infants all the way through Pre-K) plus what to look for and what to ask when you're touring programs.

Why This Age Matters | Fours 4️⃣

If you have a four-year-old, you know they're bursting with ideas. One minute they're negotiating the rules of a made-up game. The next they're asking you to explain how something really works.

These years are filled with bigger stories, longer conversations, and growing problem-solving skills. Behind every "let's pretend" and every question that starts with "but why," your child's brain is building the foundation for reading, math, and getting along with others.

That's why quality early childhood experiences matter.

This National Breastfeeding Month, we celebrate the dedication of parents and caregivers while recognizing that every family's journey is different.

What matters most is that babies are nurtured, families feel supported, and children have the strong foundation they need to learn and grow. 💛

Our little learners hit the road today with a colorful transportation-themed sensory bin, digging through and searching for cars, trucks, and buses galore! While they were busy having a blast, they were also building fine motor skills, sharpening hand-eye coordination, and letting their imaginations take the wheel.

Reggio Emilia or Montessori?

If you have spent any time researching preschools, you have probably asked yourself this question. Both are child-centered, both are widely respected, and both are a world apart from the traditional preschool experience. But they are not the same, and the differences matter more than most people realize.

Our latest blog breaks it all down honestly. What each approach actually is, where they overlap, where they diverge, and how to know which one fits your child's personality and your family's values.
