✨ Thinking about this weekend still makes us smile...

Check out this photo we snapped early Saturday morning — 7:54 AM, to be exact — at the Kilwins Ice Cream Run. While balloon animals were being made and dunk tanks were causing lines, we spotted a middle schooler sitting quietly by the trash cans — totally focused, pen moving, head down.

We thought, “Wow, who’s working so hard this early on a Saturday?! She’d probably really enjoy our worksheets!”

So we walked over… and realized…

She already had it.

We kind of gasped. She looked up and smiled: “I’m almost done with this one.”

Her page was covered in multiplication, long division and flower doodles — and in her hand? One of our freebie stickers. She chose “I ❤️ MATH.”

Girl, we do too. 🥹💚

This experience on the Just Focus Math Trail is exactly why we do what we do — helping kids find those moments of joy in math, even when you’d least expect it.
