Drum-A-Dance “We dream of all people knowing their heart-treasures, rooted in shellabr8ing their birthday stories, the most celebr8d holiday of the year!”

It all started with a spontaneous purchase of a rebounder. As a family we discovered the rebounder was a better solution for a “time out”–my kids “jumped out” all of their energy. Like magic it helped the kids transition to a better place with every jump. The idea was planted while jammin’ on the rebounder to “Slow Ride” by Foghat. The rhythm my legs and feet created while jumping sounded like a d

rum beat as if my legs and feet acted as drumsticks. This began my journey to bring Drum-A-Dance® to life and inspired me to complete my reboundology certifications. A transformation in our home led to letting go of medications for ADHD, shifting to “real” nutrition and increased movement which created an excellent source for balance and happiness.
