✨ Sparklers — Ages 4–5

🤸 Beginning Tumbling — Ages 6 & up

NEW FOR 2026: START STRONG — GYM BASICS
All students ages 6 & up who are new to gymnastics will begin in our new Start Strong class!

Start Strong is designed to build the gymnastics fundamentals every new athlete needs — including body shapes, terminology, technique, flexibility, strength, balance, and basic skills.

After attending 8 Start Strong classes, gymnasts will be prepared to transition seamlessly into Sunbeams or Girls Gymnastics 1, based on age.
