Wins were earned, lessons were learned, and heart was on display this testing weekend. Promotions came for some, while others now have a clearer path forwardâexactly how it should be.
Shoutout to all of our kids and adult testers for stepping out there and putting it on the line. Onward and upward! đ

Finding solutions, staying composed, and working through every position while having fun through the process đ

Itâs easy to look at someone skilled and forget the reps, the failures, the awkward first steps it took to get there.
No one starts confident. No one starts polished.
They start by showing upânervous, unsure, and willing to try anyway.
Progress isnât always loud. Sometimes it looks like small improvements, better decisions, or just not quitting on a tough day.
So if youâre at the beginning (or somewhere in the messy middle), youâre exactly where youâre supposed to be.
Keep showing up. The journey is the point. đđ„

So proud of these kids. đđ„
Every class theyâre building more than skills â theyâre building confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience.
Theyâre learning how to stay calm under pressure, work hard when things get tough, and support their teammates along the way.
Future leaders in the making đȘ

Saddened to hear of the passing of Darren Levine.
While I only had the opportunity to train with him a handful of times, his impact on Krav Magaâand on everyone who trains it in the United Statesâis undeniable. Darren was instrumental in bringing Krav Maga to this country and helping shape it into what it is today.
His influence will continue to be felt on mats, in gyms, and through instructors and students across the world.
Rest in peace, and thank you for what you built. đ„đ

Love seeing everyone getting after it in class! đ
This week and next we are training in street clothes â exploring how to use everyday clothing as tools for control in real-world self defense situations and how to respond when someone grabs onto you.
Awesome energy and hard work from our crew! đ„
