What an incredible weekend of learning, growing, and becoming a better leader, coworker, and person. I truly believe there is always something new to learn and always room for improvement. Investing in myself allows me to better serve the amazing children, families, and staff who deserve our very best every day.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn from others, gain new perspectives, and bring fresh ideas back to our team. Growth never stops, and neither does the commitment to creating the best environment possible for those we serve. 💙

Day #1 MO-SECA Leadership confrence! This year’s theme is Superhero’s!

“Childcare teachers and directors may not wear capes, but they are superheroes every single day — leading with love, teaching with patience, and changing lives one child at a time.” 🦸‍♀️🍎✨

Watching our little caterpillars grow into beautiful butterflies has been such a special experience for our preschoolers. Every day they watched closely, learning how something so small could grow, change, and spread its wings.

In many ways, it reminds us of our children here at Hope Lutheran Church Preschool. They come to us a little shy, a little unsure, and over time they grow in confidence, kindness, friendships, and learning. Our teachers help guide, love, and encourage them every step of the way.

And just like the butterflies, there comes a time for them to spread their wings and fly on to kindergarten. While it is bittersweet to let them go, we are so proud of the amazing little people they have become and excited to watch them soar. 🦋
