Jennifer Marie Knabb Rago is a powerful and grounded energy healer with over 500 hours of training in Ashaya Yoga and therapeutics. She is a Reiki Master and has studied energy work and manifestation with Oliver Niño. Now, Jenn is bringing her work to SAYF… offering sessions that blend energy, love, and sacred geometry to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit. Sessions are available in person or at a distance… because energy is not limited by space or time.

What is it? Floating Nidra is a deeply restorative yoga practice that combines gentle (and very little) movement, guided meditation, and the support of yoga silks to lead you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. Let go of tension and stress as you journey inward and drift into a state of blissful tranquility.

I'm telling you.. the yoga silks are AMAZING for drifting off and letting go!!
