This is my sister’s business. We were raised in a family that has strong Italian and Sicilian roots. There are no stereotypes in our family. My grandmother was a very fair skinned, green eyed woman. She was very, very soft spoken. She embodied what we now call “mindfulness.” We experienced it as a quiet methodical approach to making food, or pasta. The dough was formed and rolled through a hand crank. We caught the long strings of “fettuccine” or what we called simply, “home-mades.”
When I found CPS I was delighted because it reflected the kind, caring and loving way that I was raised. My grandmother never punished. She tried to understand and make it better. She taught us how to live a good life by example. No need to shout, no need to get upset. Remain calm. Lead with love and have a “system” for taking care of your home. Both my sister and I love to share what we have learned and continue to learn every day.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Raise your kids with CPS, and a little pasta. 😇

I’m updating my website. Here is a new menu item for you to enjoy! Available for pick ups on Saturdays for now.

Take a breath. Not every action requires a reaction. Breathe. Wait. Watch this peaceful scene for a minute. I’m wishing you the peace of the season. :kids
