Our Porch Rocking Chair project is coming together, and now it’s time to choose what we build next!

This round, we’re exploring CABINETS—and we’ve narrowed it down to three very different projects:

1 — CNC Tool Cabinet
A large, drawer-focused cabinet with plenty of opportunities to explore CNC cabinetmaking, drawer construction, storage, and organization.

2 — Bathroom Vanity
A real-world cabinet project designed by professional cabinetmaker Norm Greenguard. We’ll explore doors, drawers, face frames, hardware, joinery, and Mozaik software.

3 — Medicine Cabinet
A smaller, simpler project that proves simple construction doesn’t have to mean a simple-looking result.

Already own a CNC router? Don’t replace it. Build on it.

Your current CNC may be doing a great job with sheet goods, signs, carvings, cabinet parts, and other flat work.

But ask yourself:

What can’t your CNC do?

Can it machine a complete furniture leg with a square upper section, turned lower section, and carving on selected faces?

Can it produce columns, spindles, bedposts, balusters, and other long rotary components?

Can it machine mortises, tenons, dovetails, and other furniture joints into the ends of long parts?

If not, how are you making those parts now?

🔄 Moving parts between multiple machines?
💰 Buying them from someone else?
