National Delta Tau Alpha Agriculture Honor Society The Honor Society of Delta Tau Alpha promotes and recognizes scholarship and leadership accomplishments of agricultural students.

The purposes of DTA are to: 1) To promote and recognize high standards of scholarship, leadership, and character among agricultural students; 2) To encourage and foster high ethical standards of agriculture and professional positions held by agricultural students; 3) To band together a group of outstanding students who by scholastic accomplishment, service, and upholding high character standards h

ave been recognized for these traits and are capable of recognizing these traits in others; 4) To promote the profession of agriculture; and 5) To render service and to cooperate with the student bodies and the agricultural divisions of the respective institutions.

Members and Advisors! National Convention is just around the corner so be sure to start planning!

National Convention will be April 5-7th at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY

All the information and way to register is available at: https://agriculture.eku.edu/59th-dta-national-convention

Also don't forget if any member wants to run for National Council the applications are available at: https://www.nactateachers.org/index.php/forms

Applications need to be sent in by March 26th but you can still run for National Council if you can't get the application in on time.

See you all at EKU in April!

The National Council requests that voting delegates and general assembly dress in business casual. We request that everyone dress in business attire for the banquet. DTA is a professional organization and we want to project that image.

Also send in pictures of chapter events so they can be posted on here and the website.
